1. Isaiah

Often called the “Fifth Gospel,” Isaiah is rich with messianic imagery:

  • Virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14)

  • Suffering Servant (Isaiah 53)

  • Light to the Gentiles (Isaiah 9:1–2)

  • Anointed King (Isaiah 11)

2. Psalms

A treasure trove of prophetic poetry:

  • Crucifixion details (Psalm 22)

  • Resurrection hope (Psalm 16:10)

  • Betrayal and mockery (Psalms 41:9; 69:21)

3. Genesis

Lays the foundation for messianic lineage and redemption:

  • Seed of the woman (Genesis 3:15)

  • Blessing through Abraham’s line (Genesis 12:3; 22:18)

  • Judah’s scepter (Genesis 49:10)

4. Zechariah

Remarkably specific:

  • Triumphal entry on a donkey (Zechariah 9:9)

7. Exodus & Leviticus

While not direct prophecies, they contain typological foreshadowing:

  • Passover lamb (Exodus 12)

  • Atonement rituals (Leviticus 16)

8. Jeremiah

  • Righteous Branch from David (Jeremiah 23:5–6)

9. Hosea

  • “Out of Egypt I called my son” (Hosea 11:1)

10. Malachi

  • Forerunner prophecy (Malachi 3:1; 4:5–6)

End Times Game Plan Covid-19 Series Collin Leong.  11 April 2020 I. Preface This blog is a continuation of the series written during Covid-19 pandemic. We covered the topics "Where is God" and "Overcoming Fear."   In the first article, I discussed potential reasons why disasters and pestilences occur on earth, based on the patterns found in the Bible. The aim was to provide solid biblical options, rather than merely agreeing to whatever comes through our social media during the crisis. The second article was to get scriptural principles on how to re-channel fear, anxiety and distractions towards listening to what God wants us to do in a crisis like this. The key theme was from 2 Tim 1:7 where it speaks about the antidote to fear, that is:  power, love, and sound mind. Introduction There is a theory called Millennial Day Theory, or the Millennium sabbath hypothesis, or the Sabbath millennium theory, is a theory in Christian eschatology which predicts that the Second Coming of Christ will occur 6,000 years after the creation of mankind, followed by 1,000 years of peace and harmony. Before we go deeper into the theory, we must know that Jesus had told us that no man knows the precise “day or the hour,” except God the Father. (Matthew 24:36)  I believe Jesus didn't know as He did not exercise His Godly abilities at that time, for He was born as a man.
